It seems that Jake’s elementary school mascot, Swampy, is enjoying the hula hoops hanging on his nether region a bit too much.

hey! I was with you watching Swampy! I know first hand where he was balancing those hula hoops!!!! I have been wondering…WHO was inside the swampy suit???????

OMG.. If this wasn’t for kids I would be LMAO, however…. I think they need to deandrogenize this guy! LOL

what universe do you live in? there is no Swampy or other hula hoop swinging mascots at elementry schools where I live, much less any that are “too happy” in public……….
